معرض IPS للعقار 2024 يسلط الضوء على أحدث الاتجاهات والابتكارات التكنولوجية في القطاع العقاري

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة   -- (ARAB NEWSWIRE) -- تنظم الدورة العشرين من معرض IPS للعقار 2024 "المنصة الاستثنائية لعرض مشاريع العقارات المحلية والعالمية في المنطقة والشرق الأوسط"، والتي تنطلق خلال الفترة من 27 إلى 29 فبراير المقبل، في مركز دبي التجاري العالمي بالشراكة مع دائرة الأراضي والاملاك في دبي، عدداً من الجلسات الحوارية لمناقشة الموضوعات المختلفة ذات الصلة بالقطاع العقاري.

يعد مؤتمر IPS واحدًا من الأنشطة الرئيسية المصاحبة للمعرض ويجمع نخبة خبراء العقارات وكبار المسؤولين والممثلين من الهيئات الحكومية والمؤسسات الدولية، لتبادل المعارف والخبرات والرؤى والاطلاع على أحدث الاتجاهات والتقنيات المبتكرة وفرص الاستثمار في قطاع العقارات العالمي، بالإضافة إلى إمكانية طرح الأفكار وتبادلها مع مختلف شرائح المجتمع العقاري.

وتتطرق إحدى جلسات اليوم الثاني إلى موضوع رقمنة العقارات، وتطرح مقابلة المسرح أفكارًا حول استثمارات المكاتب العائلية، بالإضافة إلى تناول المحادثات الجانبية الحديث عن دمج Clim-Tech وGreen-Tech من أجل الإسكان المستدام.
