محطة أوتيكو روسيا السائبة تفوز بجائزة التميز البيئي

نفذت أوتيكو روسيا بنجاح مجموعة من الإجراءات في محطة السوائب في ميناء تامان لضمان معايير عالية صديقة للبيئة. تم تكريم المحطة لإنجازاتها من قبل جائزة "شريك موثوق في البيئة" لعموم روسيا ، والتي تم تسليمها لممثلي أوتيكو في ١٤ نوفمبر في حفل خاص.

 

وأشاد الخبراء الذين يشكلون مجلس إدارة الجائزة بجهود أوتيكو في تقديم حلول مبتكرة تهدف إلى مكافحة تشكل الغبار في عملية تحميل البضائع السائبة ، والتفريغ ، وإجراءات المعالجة. كما لوحظ استخدام أحدث الحلول ، وهي خطوة كبيرة إلى الأمام للشركة ، التي استثمرت أكثر من مليار روبل في المسعى على مدى السنوات الثلاث الماضية.

يغطي نظام إخماد الغبار الجديد والمتكامل جميع المناطق الرئيسية لمحطة أوتيكو السائبة ، مما يضمن عدم إلحاق الضرر بالبيئة بسبب العمليات الروتينية. يتم قمع غبار الفحم الناتج عن مناولة البضائع برذاذ خفيف من الماء ، مما يؤدي إلى ضربها على الأرض. هناك إجراء إضافي يهدف إلى منع أي تكوّن غبار وهو وجود مصفاة غبار تغطي مساحة إجمالية قدرها ١٣٠ ألف متر مربع حول ميناء تامان. يؤدي تركيب أنظمة إضافية لإخماد الغبار على طول أذرع التحميل لسفن الشحن إلى تعزيز الجهود. كما تم تجهيز جميع المباني وعناصر البنية التحتية الداعمة للميناء معدات إزالة الغبار بالتفريغ لضمان منطقة خالية من الغبار.

 

يؤدي توفر مثل هذه الأنظمة إلى القضاء على جزء كبير من غبار الفحم في الهواء ويضمن جودة عالية للحياة والصحة لكل من موظفي الميناء والمجتمعات المحلية ، مثل مستوطنة فولنا المجاورة. لم يحدد تحليل تركيبة الهواء المستمر حالة واحدة عندما تجاوزت تركيزات الغبار العتبات المسموح بها على مدار سنوات تشغيل الميناء.
