المعرض G60 رافائيل سكاي سيتي قيد الإنشاء في ممر صناعي عالمي المستوى

لقد أدَّى الدخول إلى "أرض غير معروفة" بتطورها في مجال التكنولوجيا الإنشائية، إلى إنتاج "معلم عمراني عملاق في السماء" في مدينة "سونغ جيانغ"؛ المدينة الحاضنة للمعرض G60 رافائيل سكاي سيتي في دلتا نهر "اليانغتسي". واليوم، أصبح المعرض G60 رافائيل سكاي سيتي الجميل معلمًا إقليميًا في مدينة "سونغ جيانغ". ومن خلال البناء المتسارع للمرحلة الثانية من المشروع، فإنَّه سيصبح رافائيل سكاي سيتي في المستقبل بطول إجمالي يصل إلى 1.5 كيلومتر، ومساحة بناء إجمالية تبلغ مليون متر مربع، وسيصبح بطاقة الأعمال الجديدة لمبنى مركز شنغهاي للعلوم والتكنولوجيا، واللمسة المتمِّمة المتوِّجة لبناء المعرض G60 رافائيل سكاي سيتي في دلتا نهر "اليانغتسي"، كما أنَّه سيصبح الممر الصناعي عالمي المستوى في المدينة.

 

لقد أُنشئ المعرض G60 رافائيل سكاي سيتي على مرحلتين، بدأت المرحلة الأولى في سبتمبر 2015، ودخل حيزِّ الاستخدام في 30 أبريل 2021. ويضم المشروع 10 مبانٍ، يبلغ ارتفاعها جميعًا 80 مترًا، وتتصل بممرات عالية مُشكَّلة من هياكل عظيمة من الألمنيوم.

 

خلال مرحلة الإنشاء، كان هناك العديد من التقنيات الهندسية التي ليس لها معايير (ستاندرات) لاتباعها، فقد كانت جميع تلك التقنيات هي الأولى من نوعها في المجال الإنشائي. إذ إنَّ سقف رافائيل سكاي سيتي هو أكبر هيكل شبكي مصنوع من سبائك الألمنيوم في العالم في الوقت الحاضر. وبعد إجراء 12 تجربة محاكاة لنفق الرياح، وبعد مواجهة مختلف الحالات والظروف؛ اتضحت أخيرًا معالم الهيكل المُعقَّد لمشروع رافائيل سكاي سيتي. ويوجد اليوم 3 ملايين مسمار برشام للطيران (مثبتات ميكانيكية دائمة) مُثبَّتة على مساحة تبلغ 150.000 متر مربع، وبلغت دقة التركيب 0.2 مم، وتُركَّب جميعها يدويًا، وبذلك تصبح العملية مشابهة لعملية "التطريز" في الهواء.

وبعد الانتهاء من المرحلة الأولى من رافائيل سكاي سيتي، لاقى المشروع القبول من العديد من الجهات، ولم يقتصر ذلك على جذب المشاريع الابتكارية ومقرات الشركات فحسب؛ بل إنَّه ضم أيضًا عددًا كبيرًا من الشركات ذات العلامات التجارية، وسرعان ما أصبح المكان بقعة جذَّابة ذات مناظر خلَّابة، وأصبحت المنطقة مشهورة على الإنترنت ومركزًا حيويًا جديدًا للحياة الحضرية في مدينة "سونغ جيانغ" الجديدة، وأصبحت مركزًا فاعلًا مهمًا في مرتفعات "سونغ جيانغ" للابتكار العلمي والتكنولوجي ومحور "التكامل الإنتاجي والحضري، لتطوير المدينة في جميع المجالات".

 

سيقوم المشروع ببناء 12 بناءً شاهقًا يصل ارتفاعها إلى حوالي 80 مترًا، والتي ترتبط مع بعضها أيضًا بممرات هيكلية مصنوعة من الألومنيوم. ومن المُتوقَّع أن تكتمل المرحلة الثانية من المشروع بإكساء جميع الهياكل الرئيسية في مايو 2023، وستنتهي المرحلة الثانية في سنة 2025.
