سترى المملكة العربية السعودية انتعاشًا مع وصول إنفاق المستهلكين إلى أكثر من ملياري دولار على الإنترنت خلال شهر رمضان في عام 2022 ؛ تقرير RedSeer

من المتوقع أن يكون طلب المستهلكين قوياً على خلفية القيود المحدودة والاقتصاد المتعافي وزيادة الحماس للتبضع الإلكتروني خلال شهر رمضان. إذ من المتوقع أن تزيد مبيعات التجزئة عبر الإنترنت في المملكة العربية السعودية بنسبة 25٪ لتتجاوز 2 مليار دولار خلال شهر رمضان هذا العام وفقًا لتقرير صادرعن RedSeer  بالشراكة مع TikTok.

  (ARAB NEWSWIRE) ، الرياض - يعد شهر رمضان حدثًا مهمًا لتجار التجزئة في المملكة العربية السعودية ، حيث من المتوقع أن تتجاوز مبيعات التجزئة عبر الإنترنت حوالي 2 مليار دولار هذا العام أو ثلث إجمالي المبيعات المتوقعة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا، وفقًا لأحدث تقرير بعنوان "Unwrapping Ramadan 2022 – Decoding the Upcoming Sales Extravaganza" بواسطة Redseer  بالشراكة مع TikTok.

حماس المستهلكين لشهر رمضان في أعلى مستوياته

في عام 2020 ، تأثرت فترة رمضان بالقيود حول التجمعات التي خففت من حماس المستهلكين ، خاصة وأن شهر رمضان هو فترة التفاعلات المجتمعية والعائلية. وقد أدى هذا من الجانب الاقتصادي بانخفاض النمو في عام 2020. ومع ذلك، فقد شهدنا انتعاشًا قويًا للنمو في عام 2021 وإنَّ عام 2022 يعد بمزيد من النمو بنسبة 25٪على خلفية هذا الارتفاع الملحوظ في السنة المنصرمة.

تظهر دراسة Redseer أنّ 95٪ من المستهلكين في المملكة العربية السعودية "متحمسون" و "سعداء" خلال رمضان.  فقد أدى زوال القيود الصحية هذا العام إلى مزيد من الانتعاش الاقتصادي القوي وإلى عودة الطلب "المكبوت" على التبضع و إقامة التجمعات والزيارات العائلية.

إزدهار الاقتصاد الرقمي خلال شهر رمضان

برزت القنوات الإلكترونية كمحرك مهم في اقتصاد المملكة العربية السعودية.إذ ستسهم هذه القنوات بشكل مباشر بأكثر من 10٪ من مبيعات التجزئة خلال شهر رمضان.

من بين أكثر التأثيرات التي يخلفها رمضان على المستهلكين هي بروز أنماط محتوى رقمي جديدة مثل الفديوات القصيرة ( فيديو أقل من 120 ثانية) وقدرتها في التأثيرعلى قرارالمستهلكين. أوضح أكشاي جايابراكاسان ، مدير التفاعل في RedSeer، "يرغب المستهلكون في أن يتم إعلامهم بالمنتجات من قبل الأشخاص الذين يتابعوهم على وسائل التواصل بطرق أكثر إمتاعًا وتسلية، مما يزيد التفاعل ويزيد من معدل الشراء".

ملاءمة المحتوى هي طريقة الوصول الجديدة

ربما يكون أحد أبرز المواضيع التي ستظهر في رمضان هذا العام هو الشعور الغامر بالحاجة إلى التواصل مع المجتمع والانتماء إليه.    فيلحظ تواصل المستهلكون بشكل متزايد مع المؤثرين أو صنّاع المحتوى على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي للتعرف على المنتجات الجديدة.
